Job Description: On behalf of our client, a leading hospital in Sydney, we are seeking an experienced Radiologist to join their state-of-the-art imaging department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpret a wide range of diagnostic imaging studies including X-rays, CT scans, MRIs, and ultrasounds
  • Perform interventional radiology procedures
  • Collaborate with referring physicians to determine appropriate imaging studies
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and tumor boards
  • Contribute to the department’s quality assurance program
  • Mentor and teach radiology residents and fellows
  • Engage in ongoing research and publication in the field of radiology
  • Participate in on-call duties for emergency radiology services

Qualifications:

  • FRANZCR qualification or equivalent
  • Current registration with the Medical Board of Australia
  • Minimum 5 years post-fellowship experience in Radiology
  • Expertise in multiple imaging modalities, including MRI and CT
  • Fellowship training in a radiology subspecialty preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication abilities and interpersonal skills
