Job Description: On behalf of our client, a leading hospital in Wollongong, we are seeking an experienced Obstetrician-Gynecologist to join their women’s health team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecological care
  • Manage high-risk pregnancies and perform deliveries
  • Conduct gynecological surgeries, including minimally invasive procedures
  • Offer prenatal and postnatal care
  • Diagnose and treat various women’s health conditions
  • Participate in on-call rotations for obstetric emergencies
  • Collaborate with midwives, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
  • Contribute to research and quality improvement initiatives
  • Mentor junior doctors and medical students


  • FRANZCOG qualification or equivalent
  • Current registration with the Medical Board of Australia
  • Minimum 5 years post-fellowship experience in Obstetrics and Gynecology
  • Strong surgical skills, including laparoscopic and hysteroscopic procedures
  • Experience in managing complex obstetric cases
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to patient-centered care


  • Competitive salary package ($350,000 – $450,000 per annum)
